This policy applies specifically to Jace YouTube Analytics, a private reporting tool operated by JaceJewelry. It is separate from the privacy policy governing purchases on our jewelry store.

1. Data We Access

With the channel owner's authorization, the tool uses official YouTube API Services to retrieve:

• YouTube channel identifiers and channel information.

• Video titles, identifiers, publication details, and relevant metadata.

• Video and channel analytics, including views, watch time, engagement, subscriber changes, and traffic sources.

The tool requests only the YouTube read-only and YouTube Analytics read-only OAuth permissions.

It does not request access to upload, modify, or delete YouTube content.

2. How We Use the Data

The information is used to prepare reports, understand channel performance, compare content results, and improve the owner's content strategy.

3. Storage and Security

The current desktop tool stores downloaded API responses and generated reports locally on the owner's Windows computer.

OAuth credentials are stored separately using Windows data protection. Report files and API responses are not necessarily encrypted.

At present, the tool does not automatically upload its reports to Google Drive or external AI services. Any future changes to data sharing will require an update to this policy before the new functionality is enabled.

4. Sharing

YouTube data is used for the authorized channel owner's analysis. The tool does not sell YouTube user data or provide public access to private channel analytics.

5. Retention and Deletion

Stored information is subject to the applicable YouTube API Services retention and refresh requirements.

The authorized user may request deletion of locally stored data through our contact page. Deleting locally stored reports does not delete information held by YouTube.

6. Revoking Access

The authorized user can revoke the tool's access through Google Account security settings.

Revoking access prevents future authorized requests but does not automatically remove previously saved local reports.
