PROCESSING TIME
Orders are normally prepared within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time is separate from transit time.
TRANSIT TIME
The shipping method currently offered at checkout generally estimates 7–15 business days in transit for supported destinations.
ESTIMATED TOTAL DELIVERY TIME
Please allow approximately 8–20 business days from order confirmation to delivery. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.
TRACKING
Tracking is provided for supported shipping methods. Scanning may take several days to appear after dispatch.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT CHARGES
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local fees charged by the destination country unless local law requires otherwise.
DELAYS
Customs inspections, public holidays, severe weather, carrier disruption and remote-area delivery can cause delays beyond our control. Contact us if tracking has not updated for an unusual period.
DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
Check with household members, neighbours and the local carrier first. Then contact us with your order number and tracking details so we can help review the shipment.
